ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT AND INSTITUTIONAL
POLICIES
1. ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT
1.1 The candidate declares that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate.
1.2 The candidate understands and accepts all costs, enrollment fees, tuition, and
institutional policies described in this document.
1.3 The candidate commits to making all payments within the established deadlines,
maintaining financial compliance with Antares Orlando.
1.4 The candidate agrees to take the placement test. If not completed, they will be placed at the initial level, according to institutional determination.
1.5 The candidate fully agrees with all rules, regulations, academic requirements, codes of conduct, and internal policies of Antares Orlando.
1.6 The candidate acknowledges that the enrollment fee and any advance payments are
non-refundable, regardless of personal reasons, withdrawal, change of plans, or denial of immigration petitions.
1.7 The candidate is aware that the transfer of the Form I-20 to another institution, or to an Antares branch, will only be released after completing 1 full term of study.
1.8 If the minimum period is not fulfilled, the remaining proportional amount of the
contract will be charged.
2. ENROLLMENT OF REINSTATEMENT CANDIDATES
Reinstatement candidates are those who wish to be reinstated to F-1 status after being
terminated in the SEVIS system.
2.1 Enrollment Fee: US$ 200
2.2 Institutional Fee: US$ 300, charged at the time of enrollment. Includes confirmation
letter, update of the Form I-20, and other official documents required by immigration.
2.3 Tuition: US$ 415, paid at the time of reinstatement enrollment.
Mandatory:
The candidate must begin classes immediately after the Form I-20 is issued.
Important:
Fees are non-refundable, even in case of petition denial or withdrawal.
Specific Rules:
– The candidate will only be entitled to vacation after the USCIS approves the
reinstatement process.
– The candidate must maintain 100% attendance until the final USCIS decision.
Form I-20 Transfer:
Transfer will only be released after 1 full term; otherwise, the proportional contractual
amount will be charged.
3. ENROLLMENT OF TPS / RETROACTIVE STATUS CANDIDATES
This category includes cases of expired Temporary Protection Status (TPS) and expired
retroactive stay according to I-94 or extension, duly proven by an official immigration
letter.
3.1 Enrollment Fee: US$ 200
3.2 Institutional Fee: US$ 300, charged at the time of enrollment.
3.3 Tuition: US$ 415, charged only after USCIS approval.
Important:
Fees are non-refundable, even in case of denial or withdrawal.
Form I-20 Transfer:
Allowed only after 1 full term; otherwise, the proportional contractual amount will be
charged.
4. TUITION POLICY
4.1 Tuition must be paid before the beginning of each session.
4.2 A US$ 25 weekly late fee will apply for payments made after the due date.
4.3 Debts over 30 days will incur a 10% weekly surcharge until regularization.
4.4 After 45 days of delinquency, the Form I-20 will be automatically canceled.
4.5 Late payments may affect enrollment, performance, vacations, and SEVIS transfers.
4.6 The candidate may be suspended or expelled for non-payment.
5. ATTENDANCE POLICY
5.1 Minimum attendance: 75%.
5.2 F-1 candidates must complete 18 in-person hours per week.
5.3 Three tardies count as one absence.
5.4 Tardiness over 30 minutes may result in an absence.
5.5 Inappropriate behavior may be recorded as tardiness.
5.6 Consecutive unexcused absences will generate administrative contact.
5.7 Unexcused absences in the first week may result in removal.
5.8 Low attendance results in academic probation.
5.9 If low attendance persists, the candidate may be expelled and SEVIS canceled.
5.10 Medical certificates are mandatory to justify absences.
6. VACATION POLICY
6.1 Requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance.
6.2 Entitled to 1 term of vacation per academic year.
6.3 Eligible after 2 full terms.
6.4 Requires financial regularity and absence of academic probation.
6.5 Confirmation only via official email.
6.6 Exceptions depend on coordination.
7. ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE POLICY
7.1 The candidate must attend regularly and submit mandatory activities.
7.2 Low performance or insufficient attendance will result in academic probation.
7.3 To exit academic probation, the candidate must meet goals and maintain attendance
above 75%.
7.4 Non-compliance may result in expulsion.
7.5 Inappropriate conduct may result in warning, academic probation, or expulsion.
8. TRANSFER
8.1 Submission of Acceptance Letter and Transfer Form is required.
8.2 Transfer of the Form I-20 only after 1 full term.
8.3 Incomplete period results in proportional contractual charge.
9. HEALTH INSURANCE
9.1 The school strongly recommends that the candidate obtain health insurance for the
entire stay in the U.S.
9.2 The candidate must provide proof or acquire the plan indicated by the school.
9.3 The candidate without insurance will be fully responsible for medical expenses.
10. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION (UNDER 18 YEARS OLD)
I declare that I authorize the medical diagnosis and treatment of the candidate, as well as
the disclosure of medical information for insurance and care purposes. I am responsible
for excess expenses and conditions not covered.
11. MEDICAL LEAVE
11.1 Presentation of an official medical statement to the school is required.
12. IMAGE USE
12.1 I authorize the use of my name, image, and voice for institutional purposes.
12.2 Includes social media, website, videos, and printed materials.
12.3 No financial compensation will be provided.
12.4 Revocation must be requested 30 days in advance.
13. MANDATORY SEVIS REPORTING
13.1 The candidate must inform the designated school official (DSO) of any updates
regarding I-539 or F-1 processes.
13.2 I-797 documents must be sent within 5 business days.
13.3 Data changes must be reported immediately.
13.4 Non-compliance may result in Form I-20 cancellation and SEVIS termination.
14. FINAL PROVISIONS
14.1 Omissions will be evaluated by management.
14.2 The agreement enters into force on the date of signing.
FINAL DECLARATION
I declare that I understand and agree with all provisions of this document.
